Our client offers a suite of devices and tools that are used daily by billions and trusted by over 6 million businesses. We are looking for an experienced Retail Producer who will orchestrate strategic program management and provide executional leadership for our client's retail marketing initiatives.

In this role, you will partner closely with our client's creative teams and agency partners to deliver exceptional design, product experiences, visual merchandising, graphics, and signage. You will drive our client's new store openings, seasonal campaigns, and their new product launches across the entire creative lifecycle—aligning work with strategic and budgetary goals, delivering on schedule, and ensuring flawless execution. The Retail Producer will act as the central hub for key cross-functional client stakeholders, providing the direct communication and alignment necessary to ensure project success.

This role is hybrid (3 days a week on-site) based in Mountain View, CA.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess creative briefs, establish and enforce timelines and budgets, and coordinate comprehensive client stakeholder reviews.
• Drive proactive, transparent communication with cross-functional client teams. Provide clear updates on project status, anticipate and mitigate risks, and expertly articulate priorities.
• Analyze and refine processes. Maximize efficiency and team well-being within the client's retail producer team and their retail creative group.
• Lead the retail creative development process with client teams and/or agency partners in the following areas: creative resourcing, timeline management, budget management, creative project team management, cross-functional communication, creative strategy, regional share outs, legal approvals, and production hand-off.
• Ensure client teams consider customer experience, retail presence and brand integrity in every decision. Have a keen eye for design, always push for innovation and highlight the magic of the products.
• Proactively anticipate and manage project complexities to create "space" and set up the client's retail creative team to do their best work.
• Own clear and timely communication to cross-functional client POCs regarding project status, obstacles, and priorities. Proactively identify, communicate, and manage risks.
• Develop schedules for deliverables partnering closely with client Traffic and Production Managers to ensure accuracy.

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 4-8 years of experience managing the creative development and execution from creative brief through launch
• Background in developing and executing marketing strategies for retail stores
• Experience overseeing campaigns and projects with multiple executive stakeholders
• Ability to manage cross-team collaborations with clear communication for optimum results
• Ability to proactively establish rapport, credibility and influence
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify solutions that work for multiple stakeholders
• Excellent leadership, written/verbal communication, and presentation skills
