• Lead Regional Marketing Strategy:
  Architect and execute bold, data-informed marketing strategies that accelerate demand generation, pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and expansion throughout the Americas.
• Build Inspire Teams:
  Coach, empower, and develop a collaborative marketing team, fostering a culture focused on impact, creativity, and growth.
• Drive GTM Alignment:
  Act as the connective tissue between Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Alliances, and Customer Success ensuring integrated go-to-market plans that deliver impact for customers and prospects.
• Oversee Campaigns Innovation:
  Direct the launch of multi-channel, integrated campaigns, championing experimentation and new ideas to keep us ahead of the curve.
• Measure Optimize:
  Set clear KPIs, track performance, and translate analytics into actionable insights—continually optimizing our approach for maximum ROI.
• Manage Resources Partnerships:
  Oversee marketing budget allocation and agency/vendor relationships, delivering efficient, high-impact programs.
• Be Our Brand Ambassador:
  Represent Cornerstone OnDemand at key industry events, conferences, and partner forums, proudly amplifying our brand and values.

• 15+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 8 years leading high-performing teams regionally or globally within innovative, fast-paced environments.
• 10+ years focused in Enterprise B2B SaaS marketing (HCM or related technology experience strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated success developing and executing regional strategies that consistently drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
• Strategic vision grounded in analytical rigor; you connect data, insights, and creativity to shape go-to-market plans.
• Experience leading diverse, distributed teams with a collaborative, growth-oriented style.
• Track record of effective cross-functional leadership—aligning Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to shared goals.
• Deep familiarity with marketing technology stacks—including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and digital/social tools.
• Strong business acumen, with an eye for efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Exceptional communicator—adept at articulating complex ideas, inspiring teams, and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience operating in dynamic, multi-national organizations; cultural savvy in engaging diverse customer and partner audiences.
