We are looking for RNs for all shifts for full-time or part-time positions. Competitive salary offered.

Responsibilities include:

Supervising employees, including interviewing, hiring, training, and performance appraisal, in accordance with facility policies and laws.

Coordinating care and services to improve residents' quality of life.

Assessing prospective residents prior to admission, including home or hospital visits.

Conducting quality assurance activities to monitor and improve performance and compliance.

Developing staffing plans to meet care needs and regulatory requirements.

Providing 24-hour nursing administration support through on-call or designated staff.

Auditing clinical records for accuracy and completeness.

Participating in interdisciplinary care planning conferences.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a skilled nursing facility.
6 months of training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
Valid and current Registered Nurse license in California.
