FOOD SERVICE WORKER (PART TIME)

Morrison Living is hiring immediately for a Food Service Worker (Part Time) position to support our senior living community in Mountain View, CA.

This role involves preparing, presenting, and serving food to residents and staff while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

• Location:
  
  Avenidas Rose Kleiner Center, 270 Escuela Ave., Mountain View, CA 94040.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday–Friday, 11 AM–3 PM (Nights and Weekends OFF).

• Pay Range: $17.00–$19.00 per hour.

• Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weigh and measure designated ingredients.
• Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator following safety standards.
• Store food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food‑safety, and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment.
• Use approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and portion control.
• Serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.
• Resolve customer concerns and relay relevant information to a supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash‑control procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Some food‑service experience, preferably in a healthcare or senior living environment.
• Knowledge of modified diets for allergens is preferred.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
