As a Store Manager of Vitality Bowls, you will be responsible for the overall shift‑level operations including growing sales, operational excellence, and exhibiting amazing customer service skills.

Store Manager Responsibilities

• Strong communication skill needed to properly communicate with owner, team, and customers

• Recognize outstanding work performance within your team while providing necessary constructive feedback to employees and communicating to owner

• Lead the team on daily operations, ensuring food is made accurately and in a timely manner

• Display a thorough knowledge of our recipes and communicate effectively with team and customers

• Have excellent customer service skills

• Assist dissatisfied customers and ensure all customers are leaving happy

• Manage inventory levels daily, assist in performing operational procedures such as inventory counts, placing orders, and accepting deliveries

• Manage cash out/closing log

• Manage and anticipate hiring needs, including onboarding, interviewing, promoting, and terminating Team Members, Shift Leaders, and Assistant Manager

• Build out weekly schedules, collect/maintain team availability, and ensure all shifts are covered

• Communicate with owner on store needs and updates

Store Manager Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year supervisor experience

• Available to work day shifts

• Become food safety certified

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, occasionally lift heavy boxes, move quickly, and have a sense of urgency

• Must be able to have experience with POS system and handling cash and credit cards

• Follow health, sanitary, and safety requirements

• Leadership abilities and management experience a must

Compensation: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Vitality Bowls specializes in making delicious açaí bowls, a thick blend of the açaí berry topped with organic granola and a selection of superfood ingredients. Additional antioxidant‑rich menu items include smoothies, juices, salads and more. No ingredient fillers such as ice, frozen yogurt, or artificial preservatives are used, giving the purest taste possible to each item.
