- 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to engage with clients in the region.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and training, as needed.
- Experience with sophisticated performance advertisers or feed-based marketing.
- Understanding across a broad range of Google Ad products across Search, App, You Tube, Display/Programmatic, and Google Marketing Platform.
- Ability to prioritize, plan, and organize across multiple projects, drive multiple objectives simultaneously.
- Excellent initiative and self-direction, paired with a resilient, curious approach to navigating high-ambiguity environments.
- Excellent people-management and communication skills, with a proven ability to foster teamwork and maintain a solution-oriented approach.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $134,000-$196,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
