• Achieve North America revenue goals and targets for the Cellular Workflow Automation product platform in the assigned territory.
• Maintain an accurate and up‑to‑date customer database in
• Generate accurate monthly forecasting for the assigned territory.
• Perform lead generation activities including eblasts, seminars and work days with business partners.
• Attend and participate in regional and local product shows as a brand ambassador for Molecular Devices.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related Life Sciences discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of capital equipment sales experience selling into the life science industry.
• Must be willing to travel up to 50% under certain circumstances.
• Knowledge of cell line development, cell culture and automation technology is highly desirable.
• Track record of successful capital equipment sales/customer facing experience.

• Ability to travel – up to 50% travel, overnight, within territory or other locations.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

• Knowledge of cellular imaging technology.
• Experience with Microsoft applications,  and CRM databases.

Salary range: $115,000 to $126,500. This role also eligible for Sales Incentive Compensation. Total target compensation at plan (base + SIC) is $205,000 – $230,000 annually.
