The ROGER Catering Sales Manager for ROGER Bar & Restaurant is responsible for actively generating, prospecting, and managing all restaurant-based private and semi-private events for groups of 10–30 guests
. This role is highly proactive and entrepreneurial in nature, with a strong focus on outbound sales efforts, creative initiatives, and targeted campaigns designed to drive individual event bookings.
Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing and working closely with the Food & Beverage team, this position serves as a key revenue driver for the restaurant by identifying new opportunities, converting local demand, and creating compelling reasons for guests to celebrate at ROGER.
