As a Security Officer Patrol Supervisor – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

16 hours, Saturday & Sunday, 2:00 PM
-10:30 PM - Competitive hourly wage of $28.48 / hour (Daily Pay is available for Garda World employees!)

- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for event security operations, coordinating directly with the client’s event management team, site security, and Garda World supervisors.
- Assist in pre-event briefings, ensuring all event officers understand their roles, post assignments, and escalation procedures.
- Provide leadership and direction to event officers throughout each shift, acting as a working lead who supports both the client and Garda World management.
- Monitor event activity, crowd flow, and access points to maintain a safe, professional environment.
- Report and elevate incidents promptly through radio or Pixel to GSOC or on-site command.
- Maintain strong guest relations and represent Garda World in a professional, service-oriented manner.
- Collaborate with campus departments and event organizers to anticipate needs and adjust security coverage in real time.
- Complete detailed incident reports, event recaps, and post-event debriefs.
- Support logistics such as post setup, equipment checks, and roster tracking.
- Ability to navigate campus maps and direct guests, vendors, or staff efficiently.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- Corporate security experience
- Minimum 2 years of lead/supervisor experience
- Valid California Driver's License
- Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- Ability to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
- First aid certification is an asset
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
- Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience – even better!
- State security license and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
