• Monitor Systems:
  Oversee alarms, fire and security systems, access control, CCTV, CJIS Terminal, CLETS, and more.
• Incident Tracking:
  Track and record all incidents with a chronological listing.
• Emergency Coordination:
  Maintain communication with local and county dispatch centers, request mutual aid resources, and notify affected jurisdictions of events.
• Operate 911 Systems:
  Handle 911 emergency calls and the Telephone Device for the Deaf (TDD).
• Flexible
  
  Hours:
  
  Be available for flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and remain on call for emergency duty.
• Other Duties:
  As assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certifications:
  
  ISC-100, ISC-200, NIMS IS-700, POST Basic Dispatch Academy, and First Aid/CPR or BLS certification required prior to appointment.
• Knowledge of standard office practices, report preparation, and emergency communication systems; proficient with computers and MS Office applications.
• Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license and be able to obtain a DoD security clearance. Must have no record or history of illegal drug use, sale, possession, or manufacture during the previous five years.

Estimated Salary: USD $41.21/Hr.
