Pay rate: $21 - Max bill rate is $31.50

This position involves inspecting, repairing, and maintaining machines, mechanical equipment, buildings, and plumbing. Responsibilities include basic electrical repairs and upgrades, as well as heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems.

Workers must have good reading comprehension and the ability to interpret service manuals and other written instructions. They must be able to use a computer for email, work orders, and time sheet information, and may receive training on computer-controlled HVAC systems.

Workers often carry out various tasks in a single day at multiple locations, both indoor and outdoor. They may need to switch tasks on short notice and can be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in uncomfortable environments or positions, including ladders or roofs.

Participation in mandatory company-provided training for working in various environments is required. Important attributes include technical and mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. The job involves significant walking, climbing, standing, reaching, and heavy lifting. Problem-solving ability is essential, and many tasks require working without direct supervision. Workers must exercise good judgment and decision-making skills in response to unexpected facilities-related problems.

To avoid injuries, safety precautions and personal protective equipment are mandatory, along with participation in company-provided safety and compliance training.
