Maintenance Technician

Overview

ABM is looking to hire skilled facility technicians to join our growing team.

Interface with facility managers, engineering, contractors, vendors for all maintenance and service. Perform basic handyman duties as noted below but not limited to:

• Patch / Paint Walls
• Install Corner Guards & Kick Plates
• Ceiling Tile Replacement
• Carpentry Repairs - As Needed.
• Replace/Repair Carpet
• Hang/Install Pictures/Electronics and Install Anchors
• Door Repairs - Repair / Replace Door Handles, Adjust Door Closure
• Exterior Pressure Wash
• Dusting, cleaning
• Plumbing Repairs - Unclog Toilets / Sinks, Replace Flush Sensors, Replace Faucets
• Support Engineering as Needed - Replace HVAC Filters, Lighting, Restock Supplied, Manage Equipment Inventory and Organization
• Manage Corrigo Ticket - Ensure tickets are closed meeting SLA
• Perform Site Inspections (Daily / Weekly / Monthly) Ensure Buildings Meet Client SLA
• Engage with building occupants on repairs and ticket updates
• Vendor Escort
• Support Event Set-up/Furniture Move Request as Needed

Schedule:

Schedule - Monday - Friday 7am to 4pm, flexible to work OT

Pay: $33 - $36/hr

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
