• Support day‑to‑day maintenance operations across a residential apartment portfolio. The ideal candidate is customer‑focused, self‑motivated, and experienced in apartment maintenance, repairs, and unit turnovers.

• Deliver first‑class customer service to residents and team members
• Perform apartment turnover and make‑ready tasks efficiently and to company standards
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems and equipment; troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to plumbing, electrical, heating, and other building systems
• Perform general facilities maintenance, including painting, plumbing, carpentry, and minor electrical work
• Repair and install household appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, and stoves
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities with vendors and other team members
• Schedule and manage vendor services as needed
• Work independently to identify, prioritize, and complete daily work orders
• Maintain accurate maintenance records using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing
• Participate in on‑the‑job training and coaching to ensure company standards are met

• Previous experience in apartment maintenance or a similar field is required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
• Working knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
• Experience with facilities maintenance preferred
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
• Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Leadership ability to oversee vendors and coordinate maintenance activities

• Reliable personal vehicle required (compensation provided for work‑related travel)
• Personal tools preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
