As a Senior Engineering Manager, you’ll lead the charge in scaling our engineering team and delivering high‑impact software solutions that streamline healthcare operations and improve patient care. You will be at the forefront of shaping the technical direction of our platform while driving team growth and development in a fast‑paced and collaborative environment.

The Engineering Manager will lead the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Product Team at Commure + Athelas, overseeing the core operating system for our practices. Our product—Insights—provides practice staff and administrators with everything they need to efficiently manage their practice’s operations. With 150+ customer‑facing features, we aim to bring innovation to an industry in dire need of change.

In this role, you will work closely with the team to drive high‑impact product initiatives, mentor and grow engineers, and ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of our platform as we expand to support thousands of practices nationwide. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement and play a key role in delivering solutions that eliminate inefficiencies in healthcare operations.

• Lead by example, balancing hands‑on engineering work with strategic management to ensure the team is executing at a high level.
• Drive the technical direction and execution of the Insights platform, ensuring it scales effectively as we grow to support thousands of practices and millions of users.
• Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning across the team.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to help engineers grow in their careers and technical skills.
• Manage resource allocation, ensuring engineers are working on the highest‑priority projects and have the support they need to succeed.
