Yes. We operate on PST and candidates in any time zone are welcome to apply. Employees are asked to travel to our San Jose, CA office up to three times per year plus one company-wide offsite; travel expenses are covered and accommodations are made for those who cannot travel.
Responsibilities- Develop end‑to‑end features and see them through to production and beyond.
- Write clean, secure, readable, and scalable code; apply OOP where appropriate.
- Collaborate with engineers and cross‑functional colleagues.
- Build and integrate external and internal APIs.
- Extend PHP code and design schemas; write and optimize SQL queries.
- Code complex backend algorithms and profile/optimize legacy code.
- Implement UI with CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap 3, jQuery, HTML5, and React, ensuring cross‑device and cross‑platform consistency.
- Ship features often in an agile, continuous deployment environment.
- Actively contribute to the product, mission, and organizational success beyond task completion.
- Legal eligibility to work in the US.
- Deep understanding of web development concepts and principles.
- Demonstrated experience with full‑stack projects including front‑end, back‑end, and database.
- 5+ years of web development experience (any stack), solving challenging problems and implementing new features from scratch.
- 3+ years of SQL experience, designing relational schemas and complex queries.
- Familiarity with web and SQL security best practices.
- Comfort with working outside framework contexts.
- Experience with Git in a team environment.
- Ability to learn quickly and build solutions independently.
- Get‑things‑done attitude with eagerness to build something great.
- Travel to San Jose, CA up to three times per year and to an additional company offsite.
- Startup experience.
- Experience with the LAMP/LEMP stack.

The base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $160,000. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for performance bonus and extensive benefits (subject to eligibility requirements). This information is applicable to all full‑time positions.
