Fullstack Java Lead React

• Technical Leadership and Architecture:
  • Lead the design and development of robust, scalable and high-performance applications using Java and React.
  • Define and implement technical architecture, ensuring the use of optimal design patterns and best practices.
  • Drive technical roadmaps for projects and provide architectural guidance to the development team.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into solutions to improve development efficiency and application quality.
• Development and Engineering:
  • Develop and maintain both front-end (React.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end (Java, Spring Boot/MVC, Microservices) components.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end services.

  • Implement and improve Dev Ops practices, including CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Team Management and Mentorship:
  • Lead, mentor, and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, quality, security and best practices.
  • Manage project timelines, estimate work and ensure deliverables meet business and technical specifications.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers and QA, to define requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders, effectively communicating project progress, challenges and solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the full stack and various environments.

• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Java and related frameworks (Spring Boot), React.js/Redux, JavaScript/Type Script, HTML/CSS, and database technologies.
• Leadership: Proven experience in a technical leadership or team lead role with strong team management and project management skills.
• Problem‑Solving: Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities to identify and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Methodologies: Strong understanding of the full software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
