Full Stack Product Engineer, Team Lead — Voice AI

• Build and ship end-to-end product features across Rails backend, React frontend, and Python services
  .

• Drive a lightweight execution cadence: facilitate standups, keep scope tight, unblock work, and push releases.

• Use GenAI tools daily to accelerate delivery
  : code generation, refactors, test writing, debugging, docs, and design exploration—while maintaining high engineering quality.

• Partner closely with product/design/GTМ to turn customer feedback into shipped improvements.

• Improve reliability and velocity: testing, instrumentation, performance, and developer tooling.

• Take ownership of meaningful product areas and iterate fast with real customer usage.

• Mid–senior full stack engineer with a track record of shipping production features.

• Strong experience with Ruby on Rails
  , React
  , and Python (deep in at least 2; confident ramp in the 3rd).

• Product-minded: you make good tradeoffs, write clean maintainable code, and care about UX.

• Entrepreneurial: comfortable with ambiguity, proactive, and biased toward action.

• Enjoys working in-person with a small, fast team in Mountain View.

• Speech / audio product experience (TTS, voice UX, real-time systems).

• Experience integrating model APIs and building internal tooling for ML product teams.

• Previous startup experience in a high-ownership environment

• Shipping & ownership: takes features from vague idea → production with minimal hand-holding

• Full-stack depth: solid Rails + React fundamentals; pragmatic Python services experience

• Execution cadence: keeps work moving, communicates clearly, unblocks without “managing”

• Product sense: makes good UX and scope tradeoffs; cares about customer impact

• Startup mindset: fast learner, low ego, high accountability
