Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 5 years of experience with software development, with experience in building web-based applications.

• 3 years of experience with Java, Typescript and Databases.

• 3 years of experience building and deploying scalable and reliable systems.

• 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.

• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.

• Experience building end-user-facing products.

• Experience with front-end engineering.

• Experience with data structures and algorithms.

• Experience in applied AI/ML work on products.

• Experience working cross-functionally with Product Managers and UX designers across the globe.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $166,000-$244,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality, scalable, and reliable Fi’s frontend infrastructure.

• Establish best engineering practices and influence them through design decisions, processes, and tools.

• Drive technical direction, prioritize projects, and contribute to a culture of innovation.

• Advocate engineering excellence on the Web platform, focusing on performance, reliability, monitoring, and testing.

• Drive and participate in the design, development and delivery of AI/ML and agentic solutions for the product.
