Dusty Robotics is a venture-backed startup automating construction through advanced robotics. Our Field Printer—a mobile printer-on-wheels—prints full-size CAD floor plans on concrete floor with 1 mm accuracy, enabling builders to construct walls and fixtures precisely. We envision a future where workers use robotic automation to perform the physically demanding and dangerous work.

We are looking for a strong and highly motivated Shipping Specialist whose main responsibilities include shipping and receiving, performing inspections, and keeping an accurate inventory of the Field Printer equipment sets. This person will also support field requests for spares and consumables.

• Manage the shipping of Field Printer set deployments and returns based on contract schedule
• Communicate with customers on shipping tracking information
• Provide shipping return labels to customers at the end of the contracts
• Perform inspections of Field Printer sets going into inventory and out to customers
• Identify and resolve problems relating to shipping
• Keep up with system transactions and maintain 100% accuracy
• Keep the shipping area clean and organized

• Two to seven years of direct working experience in shipping and receiving
• Familiarity with Netsuite and Sales Force
• Experience with international shipping
• Hazardous Materials/Dangerous Goods Handling and Shipping certification preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a startup environment
• Proficient with the use of computer
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs by oneself
