Work Spaces Applications is an AWS End User Computing (EUC) service that enables SaaS application streaming or delivery of virtual desktops.

Work Spaces Applications is a rapidly‑growing service that offers customers incredibly scalable and robust application and virtual desktop streaming.

We are looking for an experienced development leader to lead a team of software development engineers to build reliable, highly scalable distributed systems. You will work closely with product management and other business partners to define strategy and visions, clarify requirements, and lead development teams from concept through delivery and subsequent operation. You will have regular communication with senior management on status, risks and product strategy, requiring strong written communications.

You will be a thought leader, but you don't just know how to solve the problem, you prove it by leading team to build the solution. Last but not the least; you will have a high bar for code quality and passion for design and architecture

We are looking for a leader who believe in providing world‑class application streaming experience for AWS Enterprise and ISV customers while leading the AI‑native transformation for the team.
