Full-Stack Lead; Node.js + React.js

We re looking for an experienced and motivated Full-Stack Lead with a strong focus on the backend to join our team. In this role, you ll be responsible for leading the development of our core applications, with an expected workload split of approximately 70% backend and 30% frontend
.

This is a 3x onsite at Mountain View office role.

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and robust applications.
• Architect and implement backend services using Node.js and related frameworks.
• Collaborate with the team to build and optimize React.js components and features.
• Work extensively with the AWS stack, leveraging services like Lambda, S3, Dynamo
  
  DB, and others.
• Design and manage relational databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing guidance on best practices and technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
• Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.

• Strong backend expertise with extensive experience in Node.js.
• Solid experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Proven confidence with relational databases.
• Extensive experience with React.js and its core principles, including Hooks and state management solutions like Redux.
• Strong knowledge of building and integrating with RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with modern frontend build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn).
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• A solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
