Position: Senior Full Stack Engineer with AI
Key Responsibilities Backend Development

Design and develop scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs supporting web and mobile applications.
Implement secure, reliable, and high-performance backend services.
Develop data access layers using SQL and No

Integrate internal and external services through APIs and event-driven architectures.

Frontend Development

Build modern user interfaces using React with Type Script.
Develop reusable and scalable UI components using modern React patterns (Hooks, Functional Components).
Implement state management using tools such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
Integrate frontend applications with backend REST APIs.
Ensure performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive design.

Architecture & System Design

Cloud & Dev Ops

Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure).
Implement CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing and deployments.
Use containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.

Collaboration & Leadership

Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers.
Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering standards.
Drive improvements in system architecture, performance, and developer productivity.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of professional software development experience
Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot
Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices
Strong frontend development experience using React with Type Script
Deep understanding of Type Script, modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS
Need hands-on experience building and using AI Agents / Agentic AI systems for autonomous reasoning, tool execution, and task orchestration.
Hands-on experience building with AI: you've shipped something using LLM APIs, agentic frameworks, or AI-assisted coding tools as a core part of the system, not as an add-on. Comfortable reasoning about prompt-driven execution, model behavior under load, and the failure modes that come with non-deterministic systems
Fluent daily user of AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar) this role expects you to build faster because of AI, and to bring that instinct to designing infrastructure where AI agents are the primary actor
Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle).
Experience with No

Experience building cloud-native applications
Experience building automation scripts using playwright
Strong understanding of software design patterns and system architecture

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
