• Lead energizing and engaging barre classes that incorporate elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga.
• Provide personalized instruction and modifications to accommodate varying fitness levels among clients.
• Cultivate a positive and motivating atmosphere that encourages client participation and achievement.
• Maintain a clean and organized studio space, ensuring all equipment is in top condition.
• Build strong relationships with clients, fostering a sense of community and belonging within the studio.
• Attend regular training sessions and workshops to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on the latest barre techniques.

• A genuine passion for fitness and a commitment to healthy living.

• Previous experience in fitness instruction or teaching barre classes is preferred but not mandatory.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
