We are looking for an experienced, highly hands‑on, and project‑focused Logistics Specialist, ideally from aerospace, to join our team developing electric‑powered aircraft. This position will be a versatile executor responsible for the daily management and compliance of our multi‑modal, global logistics network, with a critical focus on managing oversized shipments and supporting high‑profile company events.

Why We Need You

With the vision of building the first fully autonomous all‑electric aircraft, we require a Logistics Specialist to be a core contributor and operational "Swiss Army Knife" on our Material Operations team.

The goal of this P2 role is to execute, maintain, and contribute to the efficiency of an organized, compliant, and responsive Logistics operation. You will be instrumental in the tactical execution of global parts movements, the end‑to‑end planning and execution of large/heavy shipments and providing essential physical and logistical support for company marketing activities.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a solid working knowledge of worldwide shipments, a project‑management mindset for complex moves, and the ability to safely handle and coordinate heavy equipment. This role requires analytical ability, effective tactical problem‑solving, and the ability to build strong working relationships across internal teams and external providers.

  • Dangerous Goods Handling
    :
Potentially support Lithium‑Ion battery shipment within the established process controls and documentation for Hazmat/Dangerous Goods shipments, with a critical focus on the safe and compliant transportation (training provided if necessary).
  • Carrier Coordination
    :
Coordinate with logistics suppliers on shipment bookings and tactically resolve transportation issues and service failures.
  • Hands‑on Support
    :
Be highly comfortable with physical logistics work, assisting in the safe handling, loading, and unloading of heavy and complex parts within the warehouse and at external event sites.
Event Support & Compliance:
  • Marketing & Demo Support
    :
Serve as the primary logistics support for domestic and international trade shows, demos, and other high‑profile events. This includes managing shipments to/from the event and assisting in the assembly and breakdown of display equipment and demo aircraft components.
  • International Shipment Execution
    :
Manage the preparation of documentation for international shipments (import/export) with the support of our Import/Export Specialist, ensuring adherence to customs and regulatory requirements.
  • Financial & Documentation Management
