What you'll be doing...- Receiving and adding/updating employee enrollment documents
- Receiving and reconciling monthly employer contributions (i.e., accounts receivable functions)
- Resolving health coverage issues
- Communicating regularly with employers and participants
- Experienced: Two years’ experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or other related experience
- Organized: Prioritize work, able to multitask and be timely with work
- Communicator: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills--both written and verbal
- Service Minded: Deliver superior and timely customer service, exhibiting empathy and care
- Detailed: Strong attention to detail with excellent problem‑solving skills
- Technically Savvy: Intermediate experience with Excel and Word

If hired, you can expect...- Union scale wages, raises every 6 months, starting at $22.85/hr up to $32.47/hr
