Staff Accountant
Salary: $62,400 - $72,800 DOE
Location: Mountlake Terrace, WA (Onsite)
Looking to grow beyond AP and gain experience with month-end close, journal entries, and financial reporting? This onsite Staff Accountant opportunity offers hands-on exposure to a variety of accounting functions with room to expand your skillset and career.

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:
- Process vendor invoices and enter bills accurately and timely
- Review and reconcile employee expense report
- Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger
- Assist with month-end close activities and account reconciliations
- Support local tax filings and related compliance requirements
Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:
- 2+ years of accounting experience with strong Accounts Payable knowledge
- Experience filing local taxes and supporting compliance requirements
- Understanding of journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting
- Sage Intacct experience is a plus
