We are seeking a dedicated Middle School Educational Assistant to join our team. The role is designed to support our middle school staff by covering supervision duties, assisting with classroom projects, and providing necessary breaks. This is a vital position ensuring continuity and quality of care and education.
Responsibilities:- Provide support across various middle school classrooms.
- Assist with the supervision and safety of students during outdoor play and classroom activities.
- Engage with students in educational and creative activities.
- Maintain a positive and flexible approach to changes in daily schedules.
- Help implement effective behavior management techniques to foster a conducive learning environment.
- Provide a warm, safe, and caring environment that is kept orderly, clean, and appealing.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience working in a middle school or educational environment.
- Knowledge of middle school education practices and techniques.
- Strong behavior management skills.
- Positive attitude and flexibility in adapting to changing conditions.
- Love and passion for working with young adolescents.
