As the Assistant Controller
, you’ll play a key role in overseeing accounts payable, general ledger, and fixed assets. You’ll assist with month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing processes, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. You’ll lead and develop accounting personnel, streamline processes for efficiency, and collaborate on regulatory filings. Creativity and initiative are encouraged as you improve workflows and support organizational goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 3-5 years experience in public accounting/audit or financial services
• CPA designation strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Prior supervisory experience and leadership skills
