The Home Lending Product Support role works under the direction of the Home Lending Product Manager to assist with everyday tasks & responsibilities involved with Home Lending Product roll‑out and maintenance. Home Lending Product Support will be responsible for researching, reviewing and maintaining/updating the company’s underwriting guidelines, policies and procedures for various Home Lending Products as needed.

• Maintains a strong working knowledge of company portfolio products & agency/investor products
• Documents and supports investor specific criteria and drives new product releases to completion
• Assists Home Lending product deployment from start to finish
• Maintains & updates tracking log for existing Home Lending products changes & updates
• Researches and presents findings and makes recommendations to Product Manager
• Submits and assists the Marketing Department in creating materials for investor & portfolio products to be used by operations and production
• Determines procedures & creates process flow documents for new products as assigned
• Creates Quick Reference Summary Guides for assisting the production teams
• Maintains/updates product templates in the loan origination system and/or intranet
• Responsible for maintaining the Home Lending Product Tracker and updating any investor/1SB guidelines
• Research and provides appropriate responses to production and operational product related questions received in the HL Product Inbox
• Serves as back up for research and answering Home Lending Product Inbox questions
• Maintains an EXCEL Spreadsheet for tracking and documenting product changes
• Updates and improves the Home Lending Product Intranet Page as needed, maintaining functionality
• Attends various meetings and takes & organizes notes from meetings
• Assists with training and preparation required for product roll‑out
• Working knowledge of Production, Operations, Underwriting & Funding functions for testing and functionality
• Ability to input a loan via various personas and testing functionality

• Minimum three years in Home Lending experience
• Prior experience working with loan officers through loan scenarios strongly preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills including written and verbal
• Working knowledge of Investor, Agency, Non‑agency and Mortgage Insurance guidelines/products
• Encompass loan origination system experience;
  Optimal Blue experience a plus Advanced computer application experience including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Zoom
• Work independently and in a cooperative team environment
• Accuracy and attention to detail required
