** will lead and help develop Premera’s oncology program as part of a core team. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with care management, utilization management, provider/member relations, and market-facing teams to enhance the oncology member experience and program outcomes. You are responsible for researching, developing, implementing, and communicating pharmacy initiatives, programs, and services to both internal and external stakeholders. This role ensures the clinically appropriate and cost-effective use of medication, aligning with and supporting Premera's clinical and financial goals.

Pharmacist with an advanced degree (e.g. Pharm
D, MBA, MHA, MPH) or (6) years work experience Experience in managed care pharmacy Experience and/or familiarity with EHR, Oncology provider practices, specialty pharmacy practices, cancer research, evidence based national guidelines, cost-effective drug management
Experience with project management
Experience with Medicare
Experience with Health Benefit Exchanges Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple, complex, concurrent projects Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing; strong presentation skills Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external individuals
Ability to work independently, as well as a member of a team Strong analytical skills; intermediate MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills
Familiarity with local and regional health care issues
