This is a full-time, on-site role for a Behavioral Technician located in Mountlake Terrace, WA. The Behavioral Technician will work directly with individuals to implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and support strategies. Responsibilities include assisting in conducting behavior analysis, collecting and documenting data, and delivering therapy sessions under the direction of a certified behavior analyst. Strong collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and maintaining open communication with supervisors is essential.

• Understanding of Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Experience with Behavioral Intervention techniques and strategies
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with individuals, families, and team members
• Background or education in Psychology or related fields is beneficial
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is preferred but not required
• Ability to maintain professionalism, patience, and empathy in all interactions
• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
