Position

Summary

This role supports daily HR/WOW operations including administrative tasks, assisting in trainings and a resource for employees and managers. Is a leader for the Bank’s WOW culture.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supports personnel and the human resources function
  • Conducts or assists in projects
  • Create new employees in HRIS system
  • Maintain employee records
  • Maintain HR inbox-answers and refers personnel-related questions or inquiries
  • Assists with employee communication
  • Provides guidance to managers and employees various human resource issues
  • Assist in Job Description s
  • Compensation updates
  • Prepare and facilitate HR Trainings as part of the team
  • Maintain employee handbook
  • Work with team on Employee Recognition and special employee engagement
  • Provides “WOW” service internally and externally
  • Assist in audits
  • Knowledge of all HR functions to help support the team
  • Follows and supports the Banks Core Values
  • Follows Bank policies and procedures
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least 2 years human resource experience
  • Strong ethics and integrity, including the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of all applicable regulations that pertain to this position is required.
  • Knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering policies, procedures and related programs.
Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office products and other database software.

Salary Range: $26.45 - $36.06 per hour
