As the Senior Business Manager supporting the VP, Human Capital, you’ll serve as a strategic partner, supporting organizational effectiveness, talent development, employee experience, and priority initiatives.

- Strategic Planning and Execution
:
Consult and partner with executive management to identify key business issues, outline strategic alternatives, and recommend effective solutions aligned with Premera’s goals. - Perform independent analyses for complex issues across disciplines, recommend action steps, and make recommendations to senior management.
- Communication and Presentation
:
Create, align, and integrate communication strategies, collaborate with stakeholders, shape sensitive messages, propose wording, and merge drafts. - Project and Program Management
:
Lead integration of priority projects, develop objectives, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed. - Partner with teams and leaders to design, implement, and operate new programs or enhancements.
- Collaboration and Performance
:
Increase team performance and inter-departmental collaboration through insights and scalable projects. - Partner with the Compliance and Ethics team to refine policies and guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field or four years of work experience.
- Eight years of experience in developing, implementing, training, and supporting strategic programs and processes.
- Eight years of program, project, or change management experience (or a combination).
- Experience in human resources or a similar field is preferred.
