** Facilitate engaging presentations and other developmental activities in partnership with business leaders and Employee Experience to elevate and reinforce leadership skills and abilities across the organization.

Ultimately, youreffortswillhelpachieveourpurposeof making Healthcare work better by supporting Premera’s leaders in building the capabilities required to successfully manage individuals, teams and outcomes. While this role will initially focus on the complex set of skills required to be a successful leader, it may also focus on a broader set of skills. the essential skills Combine your knowledge of adult learning principles with the diverse perspectives andexpertiseof others, to design and develop innovative developmental activities that are integrated into the flow of work Leverage your expert facilitation skills in virtual, onsite, and hybrid environments to deliver content and experiences that support people leaders at Premera Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, curriculum development, education, human resources, business or related area or equivalent work experience.

** 7years of progressively responsible experience in learning and development, with5 years of experience developing or delivering development programs to leaders.

Experienceindeveloping and deliveringlearningprogramsthrough a variety of channelsandexperiencewithweb-based content creation tools(Articulate
360andVyondis a plus) Contextual understanding or experience as a people manager or leading teams that has helped you build aportfolio ofeffectivedevelopmental interventions
