Accountant, Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Muharraq Bahrain. As a Senior Accountant you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our company and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
• Monitor cash flow and manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and employee expenses.
• Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies or errors in financial data.
• Liaise with external auditors for year-end audits.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and ensure compliance with local laws.
• Mentor and train junior accounting staff as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior-level accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as Quick Books, SAP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

We offer a competitive salary of $1,500 per month with accommodation provided. In addition, we provide free visa sponsorship and an air ticket for the successful candidate.
