Contract Accountant

Contract Accountant - Muharraq, Bahrain

We are currently hiring for a Contract Accountant to join our team in Muharraq, Bahrain. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial transactions and records of our company. As a Contract Accountant, you will work closely with our financial team to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

• Manage all aspects of the company's financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and budgeting
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Monitor cash flow and reconcile bank statements
• Assist with tax preparation and audits
• Collaborate with other departments to analyze financial data and provide insights for decision making
• Identify areas for improvement in processes or procedures related to accounting activities
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information at all times

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Accountant
• Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software programs
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$ per month.

Location:

This position is based in Muharraq, Bahrain. Relocation assistance may be provided if needed.
