Job Summary
The Office Assistant will provide administrative support in a busy office environment, ensuring efficient office operations and a clean workspace.
Responsibilities- Answer phone calls and greet visitors
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate replenishment
- Perform general clerical tasks, including data entry and filing
- Ensure all office equipment is functional and maintained
- Collaborate with colleagues to support day‑to‑day office needs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an office setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer programs
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking skills
- Cultural sensitivity and professionalism when interacting with clients and staff
Location:
Muharraq, Bahrain.
Salary: $1,200 per month + accommodation provided.
