Part-Time Office Administrator

We are a growing company seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is ideal for someone looking for flexible hours and the opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced office environment.

• Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office supplies.
• Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
• Handle any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management.

• High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Valid visa sponsorship for Muharraq is preferred.

We offer competitive pay of 1800$ per month for part-time work, with potential for advancement into a full-time role. This is an urgent position, so we are looking for candidates who can start immediately.
