We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Muharraq, Bahrain. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Plan and coordinate construction projects from conception to completion
• Develop project schedules and budgets and ensure that they are adhered to
• Source materials, equipment, and labor needed for each project
• Oversee all aspects of construction including site preparation, building permits, subcontractor management, and quality control
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress
• Identify potential risks or issues and develop solutions to address them in a timely manner

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager in the construction industry
• Proficient in project management software such as AutoCAD or Procore
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Biometric passport is preferred but not required

We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this full-time position. Accommodation will also be provided for the selected candidate.
