Construction Project Manager
As a construction project manager you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design and construction of various projects in Muharraq. This is a full‑time position that offers a salary of $900 per month. We are looking for candidates from all nationalities who do not require accommodation and can be sponsored for a work visa.
You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Develop project plans and timelines
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost control
- Coordinate with architects and engineers to develop designs that meet project requirements
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals
- Hire and manage subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on project status
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in project management
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Proficiency in project management software
