Surveyor Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Surveyor Assistant to join our team in Muharraq. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a surveyor or in a related field, and possess strong organizational skills. This is an urgent role and the successful candidate will need to be available to start immediately.

• Assist surveyors with conducting surveys of land, construction sites, and other designated areas
• Collect data and measurements using various tools and equipment
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of survey results
• Perform calculations to determine distances, angles, areas, and other relevant data
• Assist with drafting plans, maps, and charts based on survey data
• Communicate with team members to coordinate surveying activities
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed while conducting surveys
• Keep equipment clean and well-maintained at all times

• High school diploma or equivalent education required; associate's degree in surveying or related field preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience working as a surveyor or in a related field
• Proficient in using surveying tools such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser levels
• Strong mathematical skills with the ability to perform calculations accurately
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time in various weather conditions
• Knowledge of land surveying techniques and principles
• Familiarity with AutoCAD software is preferred
• Valid driver's license

1500$ per month (without accommodation)
