We are in need of an experienced Mason Foreman to lead our team in constructing and maintaining structures in Muharraq, Bahrain. As a Mason Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the masonry team and ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

• Supervise and manage a team of masons, including scheduling work, assigning tasks, and providing guidance and support.
• Ensure that all construction work is completed in accordance with project plans and specifications.
• Operate various tools and equipment necessary for masonry work.
• Monitor the progress of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure smooth workflow.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues or safety hazards.
• Train new employees on proper masonry techniques and safety protocols.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mason or similar role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
• In-depth knowledge of masonry tools, equipment, materials, and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Good physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Valid visa sponsorship for non-Bahraini nationals.

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position.
