Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Muharraq. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Construction Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish. Your main duties will include creating project schedules, monitoring progress, managing budgets, and communicating with vendors and contractors.

• Assist the Construction Manager in planning and executing construction projects within budget and timeline
• Create detailed project schedules and ensure all tasks are completed on time
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to the Construction Manager
• Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness
• Communicate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
• Conduct site visits to inspect quality of work and address any issues that may arise
• Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Prior experience as a Construction Project Coordinator or similar role preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
