Junior Construction Manager

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Construction Manager to join our team in Muharraq. As a Junior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning, coordination, and supervision of construction projects. This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers with a passion for construction and a desire to learn.

• Assist with project planning and scheduling
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with specifications and deadlines
• Prepare and review project budgets
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality control
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the project
• Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 1+ year(s) of experience in construction management (internship experience will also be considered)
• Proficient in project management software such as Primavera or MS Project
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

Starting salary for this position is $1500 per month.

This position is based in Muharraq. Relocation assistance is not provided, so preference will be given to candidates already residing in the area.
