• A minimum of a High School certificate.
• Strong,
  fluent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• Knowledge of additional languages is a valued asset.
• A professional, customer‑centric attitude, with the ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and the cultural sensitivity to connect with a global clientele and work within an international team.
• The ability to meet all physical and medical requirements, including passing a swimming test and comprehensive safety training.
• A commitment to maintaining impeccable grooming and presentation standards that align with our brand image.
• While prior experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous, your attitude, empathy, and willingness to learn are what matter most to us.
