Essential Foundations for This Role Include:- A minimum of a High School certificate.
- Strong,
fluent communication skills in English (both written and spoken). - Knowledge of additional languages is a valued asset.
- A professional, customer‑centric attitude, with the ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the cultural sensitivity to connect with a global clientele and work within an international team.
- The ability to meet all physical and medical requirements, including passing a swimming test and comprehensive safety training.
