This Full time on site position offers great opportunities for career growth.
- Issue tickets, boarding passes and other travel documents
- Provide customers with information regarding flight schedules, fares, and connections
- Have experience in the Marketing field, Sales or advertising especially on Digital Marketing were advertising through social media's.
- Have experience creating advertisements/artwork and editing in Adobe Photoshop
- Have experience developing campaigns and promotions.
- Have Experience in content development, website and graphic design to be used in advertising.
- Process ticket changes and refunds
- Assist in other duties such as scheduling flights and handling customer complaints
- Deal with customer inquiries and reservations, both in person and over the phone
- Assist customers with problems that may arise during travel
- Help passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling and special needs
Job Type: Full-time Pay: BD180.000 - BD250.000 per month
