English Teacher

We are hiring a dedicated and experienced English teacher to join our team in Muharraq, Bahrain. As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students, developing lesson plans, and assessing student progress. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, a degree in education or a related field, and at least 2 years of teaching experience.

Knowledge of the local culture and customs is preferred.

• Develop lesson plans in accordance with curriculum guidelines
• Teach students the fundamentals of the English language including grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation
• Evaluate student progress through assessments and provide feedback to students and parents
• Create a positive learning environment that promotes student engagement and participation
• Collaborate with other teachers to develop interdisciplinary projects and activities
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
• Stay updated on current teaching methods and techniques

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• At least 2 years of teaching experience
• Strong command of the English language
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles
• Knowledge of local culture and customs preferred

Salary: $1100 per month (tax-free)
