Job Purpose:
- The Senior Sales Proposal Engineer will identify, propose, and support opportunities related to systems projects (SCADA / DCS / ESD Systems). The role is based in Bahrain, supporting systems business across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Understand customer requirements and propose effective techno-commercial solutions.
- Perform site surveys to assess requirements.
- Engage in techno-commercial discussions with clients.
- Analyze competitors’ solutions and propose the best winning solutions.
- Deliver sales presentations to customers.
- Identify and generate new sales leads related to systems projects in the assigned territory.
Qualification And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Instrumentation & Control or Electronics & Communication).
- At least 9 years of experience in sales/proposals of RTU/PLC, SCADA / ESD / DCS solutions in oil & gas or process industries.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of Arabic or French is a plus.
- Willingness to work extended hours as required.
- Travel up to 30-40% within the Middle East.
