Key Responsibilities

• Perform required activities and follow up with the YCO Sales members to Maintain and validate sales opportunities, forecasts, probabilities in YODA and related systems.
• Perform activities to review order documents and take steps to complete Order transfer to OH.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers, Country Managers, Business Units, Proposal teams, Finance, and Channel Partners to obtain timely business updates.
• Support Channel Partner management, including monthly business reviews, target monitoring, agreement documentation, onboarding, and performance tracking.
• Monitor proposal and approval workflows, including GM sheets, approval matrices, and required management approvals.
• Maintain proper documentation and support internal audits, compliance reviews, and sales-process requirements.
• Organize meetings, prepare minutes and action trackers, and follow up with stakeholders until actions are completed.
• Assist in improving sales administration processes, data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and coordination across teams.”
