We are now looking for a passionate and driven Supply Chain Excellence Specialist to join our MENA Supply Chain Excellence team in Bahrain.

Purpose of the Role

As part of our regional excellence agenda, you will play a pivotal role in elevating logistics and planning performance across MENA. You will shape future standards, strengthen core processes, and build governance models that enable sustainable growth and best‑in‑class supply chain performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in transformation, enjoys solving complex challenges, and is eager to influence change across multiple markets.

What You Will Be Working On

You will drive cross‑functional improvement initiatives across Planning & Logistics, including:

• Leading excellence initiatives within S&OP/IBP, production planning, material planning, demand & supply planning.
• Driving waste‑reduction, root‑cause analysis, and continuous improvement across Markets and Dairies.
• Developing contingency plans, business continuity strategies, and long‑term supply chain resilience.
• Supporting network optimization, scenario building and long‑term supply chain design.
• Building strong governance and performance management through standardized KPIs and structured review cycles.
• Strengthening alignment and collaboration across Planning, Logistics, QEHS, Market teams and MENA Excellence Centers.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• Has 3+ years’ experience in Logistics, Planning, or Supply Chain Excellence roles.
• Has led cross‑functional improvement initiatives and understands end‑to‑end supply chain flows.
• Is analytical, structured, and capable of simplifying complexity.
• Communicates confidently and can influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
